The ferrofluid is in imperial size and has a fill-in nut connection. The magnetic fluid is buried in the chamber hole, tighten the nut, and maintain and fix the static seal between the magnetic fluid and the chamber hole.
One end of the ferrofluid shaft is connected to the atmospheric end drive unit, and the other end is connected to the vacuum mechanism in the cavity.
It is suitable for vacuum sealing at medium and low speed in room temperature environment.
