The magnetic coupling seal is flange type connection. At both ends of the shaft, one end of the shaft is connected to the synchronous wheel at the atmospheric end, and one end of the shaft is connected to the mechanism in the vacuum chamber to maintain the transmission torque and vacuum seal.
